Instructional Design
Quality training and learning begins with a solid foundation built on sound instructional design principles and development methods. Mueting Media deliverables incorporate the following key instructional design elements that
- Identify needs and skills
- Define measurable objectives
- Develop skill-based content
- Provide practice and feedback
- Measure performance
The Process
A need for instruction exists when people cannot do something that there is a need for them to do.
Whether you need to teach your sales force and customers about a new product, train new employees about company polices and procedures, or teach them how to perform the tasks of a new job, following recognized instructional design standards ensures that your training materials meet your goals and objectives.
Based on these standards, Mueting Media uses a five-step process for the development of instructionally-sound courseware.
- Discovery and Investigation
- Planning and Analysis
- Design and Development
- Content Review and Validation
- Testing and Implementation
